Four-Week AI Strategy and Build Sprint
Your highest-value process, four weeks. We’ll redesign it with AI agents, build an agentic MVP to prove the value and map the path to scale.
How does the four-week AI strategy and build sprint work?
Our four-week strategy-and-build sprint, AI Fusion, identifies where AI can create the most value, then focuses on the top opportunity and proves it with a working agentic MVP. Our team works with yours to redesign the process, connect AI to your systems and map a path to broader transformation. You leave with six deliverables that prove AI value and chart how to scale.
Reimagined process
A redesigned workflow balancing AI agents, people and automation.
Working agentic MVP
Governed AI agents built on your data, tested on your process.
Roadmap of agents
Future AI opportunities, ranked by value and feasibility.
Quantified value case
Impact, adoption and ROI validated by the MVP before production.
Minimal viable context
Process knowledge, policies and data structured for AI agents.
Pathway to operationalize
People, process and governance changes for adoption and scale.
How does the approach support enterprise scale?
The sprint is designed to prove value on one workflow while establishing the foundations needed to move toward production and broader adoption.
One embedded team
Built around your stack
A platform that accelerates the work
Governed from day one, built to scale
What the four weeks look like
From your current process to a working agentic MVP. Alongside every step, we build the business, data, technology and governance context for enterprise scale.
Week 1 • Understand the opportunity
Map the process, pain points, costs and value potential. Define success and where human judgment is critical.
Week 2 • Design the solution
Reimagine the process around people and AI agents. Define the data, tech, governance and integration required.
Week 3 • Build, test and design for scale
Build and test the solution with real users, identifying wider use cases, dependencies and opportunities to scale.
Week 4 • Prove value and define the roadmap
Measure performance, validate the business case and define the roadmap to deliver value at scale.
FAQs
Frequently asked questions about the four-week sprint.
What is a four-week AI strategy and build sprint?
AI Fusion sprint is Publicis Sapient’s four-week AI strategy and build sprint. It identifies where AI can create the most value in your business, focuses on the top opportunity and proves it with a working agentic MVP. You leave with six deliverables, including a quantified value case and a roadmap to scale.
How is our AI Fusion sprint different from an AI pilot or proof of concept?
A proof of concept tests whether technology works. The sprint tests whether it’s worth investing in. It starts from a business process, redesigns it around people and AI agents and measures the value a working agentic MVP delivers. It also defines what production will require, so results don’t end at the demo.
How is this different from a traditional AI consulting engagement?
Most AI consulting starts with months of discovery and ends with a strategy deck. AI Fusion sprint compresses that into four weeks, with a small pod of forward-deployed designers and builders working directly alongside your experts. You leave with a working agentic MVP built on your data, plus the value case and roadmap to scale it. You don’t need to be an existing Publicis Sapient client to start.
What do you get at the end of the sprint, and what happens next?
Six deliverables: a reimagined process, a working agentic MVP, a roadmap of agents, a quantified value case, minimal viable context and a pathway to operationalize. Together they give you the evidence to decide whether and how to scale. From there, we can move to deploying the solution in production and scaling it across the enterprise.
Is the agentic MVP ready for production?
No. The MVP is a governed proof of value, built on your data and tested against your real process, but it isn’t a production implementation. The sprint shows what production will take, including the data, technology, governance and people changes needed to get there.
How much does an AI Fusion sprint cost, and how much time does it take from our team?
It’s a fixed fee, scoped to your use case and agreed before work begins. On your side, plan for an executive sponsor, a risk or compliance lead and process experts who can give four to eight hours during discovery and testing. Sessions include a one-hour kickoff, two-hour workshops in weeks one and two, a 30-minute weekly check-in and a results review in week four.
Do our data and systems need to be AI-ready, and what do you need to get started?
No. Assessing your data, systems and integrations is part of the sprint. To start, we need current process documentation such as workflow maps, policies and controls; a high-level view of the systems in scope; sanitized, non-sensitive sample data; and operational data on volumes and costs. Throughout the sprint, we build the context the MVP needs and identify what to address before scaling.
How do you handle AI security, governance and human oversight?
Governance is built in from day one. A risk or compliance lead reviews the governance framework from the start, and every MVP includes evaluation, guardrails and clear points where people review or approve AI decisions. Fallbacks are designed for when AI confidence drops.
Which business processes are a good fit for agentic AI?
Knowledge-heavy processes with a measurable cost or time baseline work best, especially where people spend time finding, checking or re-keying information across systems. Lending, claims handling, customer outreach and compliance checks are common examples. You’ll also need an executive sponsor and access to process experts.
Does it work with our existing technology platforms?
Yes. We integrate with all major cloud providers, including Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud, and use our own proprietary platforms to accelerate the work.
Can a four-week sprint support enterprise-wide AI transformation?
Yes, as the first step. The sprint isn’t an enterprise-wide transformation itself, but it gives transformation programs the evidence and roadmap they need to move faster. It proves value on one process, maps wider opportunities and builds foundations to scale.
What results have companies seen?
A tier 1 commercial bank cut process costs by 95 percent. A tier 1 health insurer saved $15,000 per avoided ER visit through proactive outreach. A tier 1 global insurer achieved 80 percent faster deployment architecture for compliant agentic solutions.
