Founded in Cambridge, MA, Sapient began as a digital consulting firm focused on IT innovation. We pioneered a fixed-time, fixed-price delivery model.
2000
During the dot-com crash we doubled down on global growth. From 1992 to 2000 revenue scaled from $950K to more than $500M.
2008
With Lufthansa we introduced mobile boarding passes and facial recognition technology to streamline air travel.
2013
Dunkin' Donuts partnered with us to launch digital menu boards in 3,000 locations, delivering dynamic, geo-specific recommendations connected to POS systems.
2019
With AGTB we built the first fully digital trade finance bank in months, combining adaptive architecture with agile delivery.
2021
Sapient Bodhi, our first agentic AI platform, was created with pre-built machine learning models and pre-configured AI workflows.
