Publicis Sapient Names Umesh Shiknis as Global Chief Growth Officer

Publicis Sapient, a digital business transformation company, today announced Umesh Shiknis as Global Chief Growth Officer. In this role, Umesh will be responsible for leading Publicis Sapient's global growth team and cross-industry business development teams to drive sales innovation and further expand opportunities for the firm. He will be based in Atlanta.

Shiknis joins Publicis Sapient from Capgemini where he served as a global growth leader, playing an instrumental role in generating multi-billion-dollar bookings across a diverse portfolio of more than 50 companies worldwide. Previous roles also include industry leadership in the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology space at Infosys, where he spearheaded large-scale deals and led his team to successfully identify and secure multi-hundred-million-dollar contracts. He is passionate about driving transformational change with clients and partners via innovative solutions, deal structures and by bringing together high performing sales teams across complex, matrixed organizations. His proven track record of creating outsized results across the sales and partner ecosystem is a powerful complement to the Publicis Sapient team.
