Nearly all Australians (94%) are using at least one digital government service, with the most cited services, being MyGov (56%), Healthcare (55%) and Finance (45%) services.
Digital voting (31%), mental health services (29%) and digital driver’s license (26%) are the top three services citizens want to access or improve.
Family Needs/Housing/Education services (87%), Employment services (88%) and Legal services (88%) ranked lowest for usage and usability.
