Business & Strategy Consulting
Business strategists define the best ways to create value, manage and operate a business and drive the changes in structure, processes, and culture to realize enterprise strategy. They identify where to create a contextually relevant experience and define marketing and brand opportunities to increase loyalty and better serve our clients’ customers. And they specify how to enable agility in tools and systems.
This position provides support to the Strategic Marketing team. You will provide research that informs the strategic planning process and help our clients increase their brand sophistication by evolving their machine learning and modeling capabilities. You will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaigns and initiatives to identify tactics for optimizing marketing strategy, marketing efficiency and marketing effectiveness. You will participate in all aspects of measurement assessment, planning, implementation and analysis.
Software Engineers are responsible for software from idea to code to test to operations. Through designing, developing and testing, you will make an impact on our clients directly and will see your ideas become reality. You will build your technical skills, expand your collaborative methods, and grow your leadership talent. Software Engineers work on an agile team with other passionate, driven, and talented people to create innovative solutions for our clients.

First round interviews are typically conducted on campus or over the phone. If selected for a second round interview, we’ll invite you to one of our offices to learn more about our company and culture.
Step 3: Interview day
An interview day is an opportunity for you to get to know Publicis Sapient and for us to get to know you. Interview days include a behavioral interview, an exercise/case study and the opportunity to network with our team members.

Our campus hires are set up for success – starting with a four day JumpStart session during their first week, we share all that we can about Publicis Sapient. Following their orientation, the disciplines have curated a thoughtful training program to familiarize our campus hires with skills, systems and processes necessary to get them ready for their first client project. It doesn’t stop there. We pair each campus hire with a buddy and people manager to make sure that no question goes unanswered.
For our Interns, the summer program is structured around learning. We want to expose our interns to as many projects as possible. Interns participate in weekly discipline trainings to learn about all that PS has to offer. We also focus on connecting our interns virtually across offices to share work and ideas throughout the summer. Interns get the opportunity to showcase their work through local intern projects, which they present to the office at the end of the summer.
